Our Promise to You

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items within 30 days for a full refund. Just make sure everything is in its original condition with all packaging intact.

In addition, under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item for a full refund.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at lunerahome@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Once your return is approved, you must send the item back within 14 days.

Damaged Items

If your lights arrive damaged, we've got you covered. Simply send us photos and we'll sort it out quickly.

How Refunds Work

All our sales are one-time purchases — no hidden subscriptions or ongoing charges. Your refund will be returned to your original payment method within 5-7 working days. Please check our shipping page for estimated delivery times to your region.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
